Community Mobilization

Coordinate people, information, and resources with care

Organize before acting

Use this worksheet with an established local organization or responsible coordinator. Clarify needs, roles, permissions, and confirmation before committing people or resources. Do not self deploy into an affected area; follow the responsible authorities and organizations.

The plan stays in your browser. It does not recruit volunteers, allocate supplies, notify agencies, or launch a response.

Community Mobilization Plan

Record who is responsible for local coordination and how their role is confirmed.

Describe what has been reported, what is verified, when, and by whom. Avoid personal case details.

State the specific need to address and the limits of the planned activity.

Include relevant qualifications, supervision, and consent. Do not assign anyone without agreement.

Record only confirmed supplies, transport, communication, or facilities. Note limitations.

Who receives a request, who may approve it, and how will acceptance be recorded?

Record the responsible organization’s instructions, stop conditions, accessibility arrangements, and reporting route.

Agree a contact method, update schedule, and who receives the next handoff.

Track what was actually completed separately from what was requested.

What did the community identify as useful? What should be improved?
