Practice the plan before it is needed
USSC GLOBAL EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS
Test the shared plan
Identify shared dependencies and capacity conflicts before a disruption. Use with the people and organizations responsible for the plan.
Your entries stay in this tab unless you choose Save on Device or download a copy. No account is needed. Confirmation records reflect what you enter; this tool does not contact providers or request assistance.
Example data for practice. Start a new plan to record your own arrangements.
A general area or alias is enough. Keep sensitive addresses out of the plan.
Download Plan saves a file you can reopen here. A device save stays in this browser until you remove it or browser data is cleared. Changes after saving require another save.
Shared resources
Record each physical resource once. Use one exercise time window and consistent units. A resource enters the test when its confirmation record is complete and current.
Planned arrangements
Enter demands that occur in the same exercise time window. Capacity checks compare those demands with the recorded resources.
Run a stress test
Choose the resources that become unavailable. The test follows dependencies, switches an affected arrangement to an available backup and flags combined demand above capacity.
This is a planning exercise based on your records. It checks availability dependencies and simultaneous assigned capacity. It does not calculate travel time, optimize allocation or verify conditions in the field. Dependency capacity is not modeled.
